As above. I need to clutch boss (centre bit) for a '95 Divvy 600
I have gone and broken off a spring screw inside. Unless I can get it out I'll need a 2nd hand boss unit
Anyone got one?
Thanks
David

Could be. I need to source a replacement engine but some parts may well be available.

I have tracked a scrapper Clutch boss. I notice in the manual that there are dimples marked on the boss and cover plate. The manual says to line these up.
Is this because they are balanced together? If so, a mismatched pair may cause vibration.
Does anyone know?

Use a thrust washer on both sides of the needle roller washer and lots of high temperature grease. The release bearing sees very little oil. Also check the operating spindle bearings. These also run dry, damage the seal and let water into the engine.

Thanks. Engine is back together now. I did grease the bearing and spindle. I hope it's enough!
