Hello everyone! Well the nights are drawing in. And just as that happens my bulbs on my Speedo and 3/4 of my rev counter blow! So. How the heck do I change them? And if I do - Can I change them for LED ones?

Marvelous! Just one thick question.
"Infill Panel?"

It could be slightly different due to age but i have a black plastic bit that sits under the screen down past the clocks and bolts either side of the fairing

Another way is to leave the clocks in place and remove the fairing completely. You can then get at the bulbs with the clocks in situ.
You'll see a number of little rubber grommets with wires running through. Pull them out and the bulb will come with and pop the bulb out.
I swapped mine for LEDs too and had no problems. Cheap ones off eBay did the job.

Don't be tempted to fit higher wattage filament bulbs. The extra heat can damage the clock face. LEDs are much better. The 900 has some lamps that must have bulbs - fuel level warning is one. The 600 might have similar issues.

I have a similar issue. Want to put in LED replacements but I am really not sure of the pattern etc... can someone kindly point me at one?
Thanks in advance.

They're standard capless bulbs.
Search eBay for led capless bulbs and take your pick!

I have one bulb blown on my D9 - on the fuel gauge. So I am just going to leave it so I can't see it isn't working.

That won't work with an LED. needs an ordinary bulb

Funnily enough the warning light was always very reliable. The rest of it "operated" after the pivot bearing mod but was little more than decoration.
