Hi all,
I am selling my red 1999 XJ600s. It is in very good condition for its age, although shows some signs of wear. I have owned the bike for 2 years and it has been a great little runner; haven't had any issues with it. It has covered 22,369 miles.
I have extensive history/paperwork for the bike.
Good Points:
MOT valid until the end of July 2015. Passed with no advisories this year.
Front and back brake overhaul in July 2013 by Slipstream Tuning with new seals and pads.
Upgraded front shocks with Hagon springs. I have the original springs.
The bike is fitted with a dark grey Yamaha screen. I have the original clear screen for the bike.
Heated grips.
Top box.
New Yuasa battery fitted in June 2014.
Power supply port fitted to bike - this can be removed.
Alarm fitted.
Tyres still have good life in them.
The bike still has the original exhausts.
The bike comes with two keys, two Topbox keys and two alarm fobs.
Not so good points:
Couple of marks through wear and tear.
The right hand mirror joint is cracked - the mirror is fine but I have taped the joint as a precaution. Please see pictures.
