Hi Peeps, Does anybody have (or Know of) an old cheap road legal trials bike that goes they want to part with? I want one to run back and forward to work on when the ice and snow gets here. As it is going to spend its life outside cosmetics doesn't really matter, as long as the mechanical bits are good. Will even consider buying from Trev's or Martins quality motorcycle emporiums Bob

Will even consider buying from Trev's or Martins quality motorcycle emporiums Clearly the "Will even consider . . " implies that you might consider going to a higher spec than your post initially suggests.

Why not use the CrossDresser ? Afraid you might drop it ?
Oh, I forgot, you already did that !!

It's not the dropping but the picking up that's the problem. Hence trying to get a cheap lightweight bike that doesn't mind sliding down the road when the bad weather gets here and old people can pick up.

I suppose it is dependant on how lightweight and how cheap?

Only require 125cc ish and under £800. It's only going to sit outside and rot.

If you've got a spare £800 you want to rot, you can bury it in my garden if you like and it'll rot like most things in my garden
