Hi, Anyone who has got the clips+ U shaped hose between the fuel pump and filter and/or the m12 bolt at the top end of the shock, please let me know! Thanks, Morti
I would even take a lead on part numbers for the hose since I think the bend is too tight for plain hose. Also a supplier as I don't know where to get Yamaha bits, beig a honda man.

With regards the bolt, I 'borrowed' a replacement bolt from my work for the bottom of the shock and it caused my no problem at all.
Most fixings suppliers should be able to help you out. Just remember that a screw (thread all the way up) isn't as strong as a bolt (part-threaded). I don't know about the top bolt, but the spec of the bottom bolt was a pretty standard M12x90 bolt.

Gary dad_morti has a line on a bolt for me, just as you describe. Considering most bikes use an m10 bolt and this one is m12, I don't have any concerns on strength. I also doubt you'd find a bolt that length that was fully threaded, unless you were looking for it on purpose. The fuel pipe could I suppose be fixed with something more general purpose. Just a bit concerned about the tight(ish) bend.

Also a supplier as I don't know where to get Yamaha bits, beig a honda man. I've bought OEM Yamaha parts from www.ajsutton.co.uk as they're cheaper than buying from a Yamaha stealership. Sometimes, wemoto.com also have genuine Yamaha parts. Both despatch parts quickly. Haven't used yambits.co.uk but could be worth a try.

LOL - popular products: clutch thrust washer; speedo drive; oil cooler. Just about describes the common faults on this model, eh ?
