Yamaha XJ900S Diversion '02' 2002 reg,
I have owned this bike for the past 6 years. All the miles have been motorway mainly between Hemel Hempstead and Heathrow commuting 2 days per week.
The bike is an '02' 2002 although it was 'really' only put on the road in 2008 when I bought the bike from Ricky Smith on the Diversion Owner's Club site. The bike had done 1600 miles from new and was, as Ricky had described to me on the 'phone, better than new.
I have changed the engine oil and filter every 4000 miles.
I changed the exhaust collector box to a stainless version when I purchased the bike.
I have decided to sell it only because I have taken early retirement and no longer need it for the commute and the new owner can give it the TLC is deserves.
31000 miles, tax until August 2014 and MOT to 24 September 2014.
All previous MOT's on file.
It has been an absolutely fantastic bike and totally reliable. 50ish + mpg.
