Hi ya all I have just taken the plunge and ordered a new dash surround panel to replace the one on my divvy 900 which has missing and cracked mountings where the well nuts push through. To overcome this using the old surround i have previously used larger more robust well nuts and longer screen screws, the well nuts being longer and a wider head. Now I will soon have a new shiny perfect surround for the speedo, I am wondering if I can go back to using standard well nuts and screen screws with my supaflip screen. Have any of you divvy 900 users with a supaflip screen had any problems with the well nuts not holding due to the extra size of the screen or do you find they are ok?

I've used two different higher screens on my D9s. The regular well nuts have always been fine, perfectly up to the job.

Me too. When I ran a Superflip on the D9 I kept the original wellnuts and plastic bolts with no problems (then I tried some blue ally bolts in the original wellnuts and they were fine too)

Thank you all for the feedback. I have ordered the new surround but it not a stock item so is coming from Japan. Be really good to get the old one replaced kevin

You can use standard rubber well nuts (M4 IIRC) available from most bike shops or motor factors.
