I've been looking for a decent one for ages. Thanks to Bevy for the use of his towbar and towing skills. Having not done it for years I'm crap at reversing trailers, and keeping them on the road according to Jr. Many thanks to HRH for letting me drag him from his warm home at 9am on a cold Sunday morning to let me collect his trailer. Turned into a 17hour day picking it up but I'm well chuffed.

That looks nice, don't forget that you use the foot brake to do the braking, with the hand brake as assistance only!

That looks nice, don't forget that you use the foot brake to do the braking, with the hand brake as assistance only! The bloke I bought it from told me that, I thought he had been smoking something. Test ride was interesting, Only took it up the road a bit and back but it sounds and feels great. Needs a back tyre and the rear light lense seems loose after transporting it back. Other than that I have only found the paint blister on the front mudguard, everything else seems to be OK. I think I got a bargain. Very nice..... ....you will soon have more bikes than Martin..... I only have 3. I'm finished buying bikes for the moment, Mrs Bev likes the Guzzi. The GS850 will probably go when I'm finished playing with it. Leaving me the Bandit and the Guzzi.

Now that looks sweet. Did Jr make you sit on all the way home on the trailer? (Probably the fastest you'll go on it too) What is it with all these feckin tarts!

Very nice bike, but why the trailer? Would it not have made the distance, or was it the chance of rain spoiling the Italian electrics?

Looks quite pretty, Bev - but like Fiasco, I wonder why you had to trailer it ? Don't worry, that GS will only need to go as far as Peterborough It would need to go past here first You two fight amongst yourselves - then let me know when I can borrow it .

Didn't bother you on JR13 You didn't seem overly-concerned yourself, when ragging a certainly lightly-treaded D6 .

You'll need it with all your latest acquisitions. Martin just sent me a text, he's flying up to JR 14 on the assumption that you'll be there with 3 bikes for him to pick from.
