Love the CBR600F, probably one of the best all time bikes (apart from the cam chain tensioner)

Nice looking bike. What's with the chickens head in the window?

Haha. Well spotted. The chickens' head is part of an ornament that sits on the fridge in the kitchen. A quirk of the light and position of the camera that highlighted it. Gave me a laugh too when I spotted it in the picture. Perhaps it's a sign or something! Sadly probably wont be out this weekend. A bit wild in Northumberland at the moment. I call it my new ride, but got the bike last Christmas as a replacement for my immaculate xj600N. I love the new bike, but really miss the xj, which was just so easy going for a gentle pootle, which is what I mostly do. For what I got for it from the dealer I wish I had kept it, but have no space for two bikes. The cbr is far too fast for an old fool like me, but I had never had anything really sporty in 48 years of biking, so I just fancied it as a bit of a swansong. Quite frankly, if I was offered my old bike back exactly as I had sold it, in exchange, it would be a difficult choice.
