Obviously collectable, funny what junk some people will buy (VT500's aside).
Last time I did the Cadbury's tour I saw a vintage tin in one of the cabinets in the museum, and I said 'that's exactly the same as our biscuit tin at home', at which point a voice behind me said ' I hope you look after it, they're worth £50 - £100 each'.
I didn't have the heart to tell him that it was in daily use, was scratched to hell and had more dents than a golf ball.

In the early days of ebay, my mate Jamie bet someone he could sell a sack of rubbish on it.
He advertised, and sold, the contents of his waste bin, for £13.
