So narrowed down the lack of spark to the fact that every time I turn on the ignition the ignition fuse blows.
Tried so far
Disconnected all wiring to the clocks
Disconnected the r/r
Still no dice

Ive not got access to wiring diagrams at the moment but sounds like you've got a route directly to earth somewhere after the ignition switch.
Disconnect everything you can find (which it looks like you've already done) and check everything that's still connected to the live end for a short to ground.

So a wire that has power dining through it isn't going through a switch etc but going straight to a ground connection ?
Another question if I switch my ignition on should my oil light illuminate untill started ? As it only lights up as I crank the engine over

Exactly! Or at least a route from live to ground that has little enough in it to draw more current than the 10A the fuse is rated to. I'd start at the switch as you know that's where the problem starts and work your way down looking for wire in contact with the frame or other components. If you hit a switch or bulb ie something stop and try a different route, an incorrect earth after that will probably not blow the fuse (in the case of a bulb... a switch might, but only if it's pressed)
With the oil light, it will normally only light when the starter is pressed. The only other time it will light is if the oil level is low.

Interestingly I had to wire a wire from the hand controls blue and white wire to the starter relay as it wouldn't work. The starter works like this but even with the ignition off. This sounds like the culprit ? Tho also noticed today my neutral light lights up when ignition is on regardless of in gear or not ........ Sigh ha ha

When it comes to the electrics fix one problem at a time.
It sounds like your new wire might be the problem. If you're putting this wire in to replace an existing wire the starter shouldn't work without the ignition on. Maybe you've connected or to the wrong end of the switch? But I can't be sure without checking the circuit diagram.
You might find fixing this problem fixes your neutral light issue. If not, there is a switch in or around the gear box that controls the lighting of that light. Might be a good place to start.

Okay so went back out this morning and everything works as it should lights , horn , tach and neutral light etc without blowing the ignition fuse if the kill switch is set to off. As soon as I flick it to run mode it pops the fuse . Does this narrow it down to Cdi maybe ? Or would a faulty fuel pump maybe do it ?

With a wire from blue white wired to solenoid is still wired it turns the starter with ignition on or off but doesn't blow the fuse only as soon as I switch the kill switch to run it instantly pops the fuse also without the blue white wire connected it does the same thing fine with kill on but pops as soon as it's on run

Disconnected this relay and it still pops as soon as I switch the kill switch , when I got the bike the rr was a bit chared and burnt and illumination bulbs popped so would it be totaly inconceivable for the Cdi to be pooped or would it just not work at all rather than blowing the fuse ?

Took your original advice Gary and started stripping the look out and discovered a bare bit of wire on feed to one coil so fixed it and .......... Success , one very happy man here as we have a runner
Thanks for your advice mate

Glad to read this .. ..I hadn't a clue what was causing the problem because it ran no problem ....although I can tell you the clock bulbs were not blown , I used them on my bike about a year ago as mine had blown ....

Yeah 3 of them were black but not a problem tho as from my last rebuild I had spares so all my clock bulbs are now led powered ........ Can see them shine really bright even in day light lol
