If you have engine bars you can support the bike on car axle stands. With bike on the standard side stand put one axle stand under the RHS engine bar. Put the other stand to left of the LHS engine bar.
Lift bike off center stand so the crash bar sits on the axle stand. Push the other stand into place with your foot and bike is supported with front wheel off the ground. If you want to raise the bike move the stands to the next knotch. Its possible alone but better with a helper.
The rear axle stand can now get the back wheel up, but put a chock under the tyre so bike doesn't move backwards.
