May be cheaper to find a back wheel with disk on ebay. A good upgrade to the back brake is a Thundercat 600 back caliper which will fit straight on but you need the Tcat hose as well.

Thank you for the tip mate but I'm on a really tight budget having to re use as much as possible due to work stopping all overtime with the ineos problems that have occurred recently

Mick
My Divvy is so far into the corner of the man-cave I could not reach to measure the back disk - so I don't know if this is the right size.
It is a used disk, but still at a usable thickness:
Measurements made with a tape measure, reasonably accurate:
Outside diameter: 265mm The worn part is 34mm wide measuring from the outer edge
The mounting holes: 6 holes, from centre to centre of opposite holes is 150mm.
If it fits, you can have it - where are you?
I might have a pair of D6 forks too - I'll have a look

Sorry - what I meant about the disk size is that I am not sure whether the one I have is actually a Divvy 600 rear - at the weekend I'll move a few bits and find out for sure.
As for the forks - I had them as part of a job lot of bits, I think one or both may be slightly bent, but even so, all the other bits are there. They aren't going anywhere soon, so let's wait and see if anyone is travelling from here to there sometime.

Mick - sorry to disappoint, but when I got the Divvy out, I saw straightway that this is not a Divvy rear disk - I don't know what it came off - it was in a job lot of "Divvy" parts I had free off someone who would otherwise be scrapping them.

Are there any breakers your way? The one down here was selling a complete front wheel for £25. Unfortunately I only needed the speedo drive dog otherwise I would have snapped it up.

If they have one no harm in asking if you don't mind as I'm getting impatient searching for a cheap one as progress on my rebuild is grinding to a halt. Not convinced about the Chinese import disk with it starting it's life when uk / oem are ending at that thickness.

I had to replace the front disc on my ZZR because it had warped slightly. I got one from Sandy Bike Spares (I think that's who) which was a Chinese one. It was, however about 3 mm thicker than the original and was a bit of a pig to fit into the caliper as a result.
