Well we are back from the run, hot chocolate by our sides. Thanks Martin for arranging the route and the peeps doing the back marking. My summer kit survived the wash and spin dry on the way round. The drying didn't happen until we got near home, where it is dry and 22degrees.

Back home, dry run all the way . Thanks all for coming out to play - I think the wet bits were quite entertaining in there own way . Trev has learnt how to open child-proof tablet bottles, & that bikes & riders don't melt in the rain, so a valuable weekend .

Landed safely back in Rugby after our long journey home !, having aired out on the way. Sat down with proper cuppa, not from a flask this time. A valuable lesson was learned, leave a space next to a red divvy when parking Thanks Martin for organising and to both sets of back markers. p.s. evidently my wet bits were very entertaining. We are also back safe.
The rain stopped 20 mins after leaving the lunch stop and was bright all the way back.
Thanks to Martin for sorting the route.
It was great to meet everyone from those that we have known for a while and those new ones too.
Saturday evening was great with everyone catching up and a surprise drop in from "Kabul Calling".
Todays run brought back memories of old runs with Bob and Fern, Andrew, Roger, Neil, Chris, Flymo and his new bike, and the meeting of new (to us that is) Tris, Carole and Ade, Gary.
Once again thanks to everyone.

Well I was glad to be able to attend this one, meet up with some new faces and renew old acquaintances Nice route Martin, the weather and tricky road surfaces made things challenging - so was glad to see Verde riding wearing a string vest.....the torrents slowed him down a little. Quite a few divvys on this run too - and a nice stealthy modern one too. Glad everyone appears to have got home safely; there may be some crossed fingers over the next two weeks what with the scamera vans....hopefully they were too busy snapping some of the renegade power-rangers. Hopefully it won't be too soon til we get to the next one. The Guzzi's growler is a comfy place to be
