That will mean me having to avoid the A43, Silverstone, tomorrow. But it's do-able .

Thanks for turning up, Andy. Thanks also to Trev for turning up somewhere nearby . Some nice roads, some less good & a disappointing lunch stop but it was fun all the same, having a play out .

Got back home a while ago.... Nice sunday lunch was waiting for me :-) Yummy... Anyway the bimble....
Arrived at McDonalds early but our host was already there, then an unexpected phone call from a weary traveler that had got lost.. We set off in search of said traveler but were unable to locate the lost soul... upon our return to Mcdonalds low-and-behold the lost soul had arrived and all was well... bringing our numbers to a grand total of 3...
Our host really should get some lessons from a junior member on how to operate modern satellite navigation equipment, after approximately 50 yards an all to familiar U-turn was needed ( it all flooded back to me as i myself led many astray and right into a Car-park...) i digress... now we're pointing the right way and much fun is to be had hurtling around the countryside at breathtaking pace well within the legal requirements... the First of many stops we were greeted by a friendly gent that turns out is a biker himself, with a nice floral scent in the air and facilities tested we once again set about our quest only to be thwarted with more u-turns than one could shake a stick at... fortunately for our host we had both neglected to bring said stick so he got away without a serious beating...
Lunch was somewhat interesting, you would have thought that by now any establishment offering food would employ some person capable of frying a few chips... but No it seems that this place has a qualified Chimp in the kitchen, they were quite literally in-edible.... A new lunch venue should be sought immediately...
Some more great roads to follow some tight bends and some good sweepers, choice of roads was in general very good... and after arriving back at McDonalds for a post ride De-brief Which our host seemed to take literally but was quickly reminded that McDonalds is a family environment and that sort of behavior would surely get us banned and possibly jeopardize the entire future of such meetings ever taking place again !
All in All a good day out in the glorious sunshine, could not of asked for better.
Cheers

Took this pic at the morning coffee stop. I can't work out if that's 3 divvies, or just two .

Handsome devil on the right. You mean the invisible bloke on the green divvy, next to the two ugly gits?
