While trying to bleed the front brakes after an overhaul, i snapped, FLUSH, a bleed valve on left caliper. Ive tried drilling the remained of the screw out but to no avail. ANY IDEAS??

How about an easy out? Hole already there so just drill it in? Otherwise if bleed, machined screw to cap it off/jbweld it in use that to remove?

I eventually had to drill the remainder out, carefully. Once it was out, i had to tap the hole again. New bleed valve in now and working fine.

Alternatively use a hose banjo with integral bleed nipple.
