Helloo , fork oil seals , does the tube seperate easily from the leg, ie can it be done at home ? what visc is the oil and how much to put in ?? Thanks

you undo the screw thats under the bottom of the fork leg and the circlip on top of the seal and it pulls apart,
impact driver is the easiest method to undo the screw, after heating it up with a paint stripper gun, or if you haven't access to one of those, you can ram a broomshank sharpened into the shape of the retaining key, down the fork leg!

Slacken the fork caps before you undo anything else, you won't hold them tight enough after they're off the bike. ;-)

Before you go to the trouble of replacing seals try a SEAL MATE I was going to do fazer seals & all they needed was a clean.

Just took mine yesterday to a mates and used his wrench! Good job too, as Took a while as well. the forks kept jumping out vice or spining, but came out in the end.
