Tried ringing them today and all i got was an answer machine and between the womans accent and a dogdy moblie signal i had no chance of understanding what was said ;D, i have recieved a we have recieved your booking request type email and paid a deposit but it states no booking is set until they contact you back to confirm it ..... so we have booked (i think)into the Lornty lodge and will be occupying the Double Bedroom and Showadyditto has taken one of the beds in the twin room so that leaves 1 bed in the twin room,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, there is also a bed settee available but this requires an extra charge of £25 apparently for the linen(this wasnt mentioned anywhere till filling in the Give us your money form ) so anybody need a bed for the 3 nights

I'm in Macclesfield, and hope to ride up to Blairgowrie on the Friday.
It's just short of 300 miles from mine to Blairgowrie.
If any of our southern brethren want to break the journey and sleep on our sofa on the Thursday night - PM me. Free breakfast and use of man-cave if any tinkering required.

It's just short of 300 miles from mine to Blairgowrie. Only 10 times the distance I'll travel to get there. Doesn't seem so far for you now does it.

It's just short of 300 miles from mine to Blairgowrie. 436 for me, most direct & boring route ;D. But I'm going via a Lincolnshire layabout's place & a Lancashire Lout's abode, to bump the mileage up a bit .
