This is what the leaflet with some narks I currently have actually says: Tell your doctor if you notice any of the following side effects, or notice any other effects not listed:
* muscle weakness, excitement,agitation, 'spinning sensation', confusion, loss of consciousness, coma, death.It doesn't explain how  . |

Be fair - you are to tell your doctor if you notice that you are dead or in a coma.
That'd make them sit up.
