I think there's sign on the door that says 'Side effects of eating here could be coma or death'. Has Martin been there?

Scary but helminth therapy has been shown to work for intestinal problems such as Chrons, IBD, Coeliacs, etc. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Helminthic_therapywww.crohnsforum.com/showthread.php?t=13294TBH I'm finding a high dose of Vitamin D each day (at least 4 x RDA) makes the symptoms of a small gluten dose less aggressive. That said humans, gut bacteria and certain parasitic worms evolved together as a system, so it's reasonable that if a major component is totally removed there could be problems for the host. But how many worms and what types are enough to keep the immune system busy? No pushing at the back of the clinical tests queue.

You've opened the proverbial can of worms there, Dave!

You've opened the proverbial can of worms there, Dave! You can't get them in cans round here, the angling supplier sells them loose by the pint though.

When Bobh & I stopped to start the head home yesterday, we smiled as we recalled the name of that narrow road that climbed steeply (the hard-right turn off the other road might be remembered by some!). It was called 'Awkward Hill'. Earlier on, heading for the start along the A370, I passed a road sign for 'Box Bush' .

On our ride over Beeley to Rowsley we pass Swinger Lane. It always makes me snigger.
