That's a very smart bike.
A real nostalgia trip for me, seeing these pictures.
I saw Singapore in 1967 before it got 'modernised'
The ship I was on had to detour, due to Suez canal being closed all our return cargo had been sent on other ships so we tramped around Malaya, Penang, Sri Lanka for cargo.
Great times.

I was in penang in Jan 1968, I Was only 2 months old though. Dad was posted there from Germany, my mother, sister and I arrived 10 weeks later via crab air. We spent 3 years there. So I'm told.

Memory of Penang. Loading latex/rubber bales, massive things, brought to us on barges. One of the dockers is climbing up ships side on rope ladder, slips, falls into barge hold, luckily for him still with some bales in it. I kid you not, he bounced 4-5ft, give himself a shake and carried on working!

Had to improved's Wind protection Try to extend the standard screen upwards but avoid windscreens that flip up at the trailing edge. These make turbulence even worse.
High Speed cornering. With all bearings and tyres in good condition these bikes will easily touch down the footrests. Bumpy roads however will always affect handling.
Braking System Fit a Yamaha blue spot brakes system with sintered pads
Light System headlight is improved with relays to provide power direct to the bulb. Also use a high performance bulb. Additional lights can be fitted but the brackets can be complicated.
Extra Overdrive Many people complain about this, but there is no known way to raise the final drive gear ratio.
