If you fancy a preview, I'm doing a practice tomorrow, Sunday 22nd July. Anyone welcome . Meeting outside the Volunteer Inn between 10:15am & 10:30am, to leave at 10:30am (No breakfast available there tomorrow morning, it's just the meeting place for the start). If interested, post here to let me know.

Thank you to my practice chums for turning up today - warm enough for you, chaps ? I'll chop the run through Devizes & sort the alternative lunch stop. Oh, & sort a loo break for the older gents too . No idea what the hand gestures are about - bragging, probably !

..... even the headless ghost of the Volunteer Inn had heard of Bev's Trev's infamous quote ...... ! Git ! Gutted I didn't make it. Got as far as Stamford, southbound, but hurt too much Cut my losses and headed for Pikey boy* for a helmet polish Even though I didn't make the run, it felt good to be on two wheels again. Fingers crossed for the run proper. *cheers for the touch up Clive and the brew. Thundercat looks good matey.

No idea what the hand gestures are about - bragging, probably ! Looks like Bob's preparing for another rear entry as Mac senior supervises junior and Andy's counting 'em...is that two times ?

After eventually getting to the start 1 the run was pretty good, a nice selection of roads, Not that Martin seemed to know roads apart from farm track 2 however the *Stops* need sorting 3 , just about made it home too 4Thanks for an enjoyable day chaps. Flymo 1. Need some lessons on google map directions 52. Just kiddin' but some single track sections 7 3. Just arrange for an Ice-cream van in the lay-by (the one above) and that would be bostin' 4. Hit reserve 24 miles from home. 85. Me Sat-Nav is busted. 6. Put this here just too see if your paying attention! 7. But jolly nice ones. 8. So i've probably got at least 6 miles worth left in the tank

Pete & I had a great day.
Martin has the basis of a great run planned and if he takes on board the recommendations of the combined committee from the practice assessment workshop and environmental tribunal it will be a stunner;).
See you in a fortnight ;D
**I should clarify that I am attending the Wales run in a fortnight and will see you there. This run is in 3 weeks.** ;D

Don't think we passed any showrooms. Just a couple of places with big rocks. And a Harley rideout.
