The time has finally come to sell my bike . I have now got another bike to replace my XJ900s I will be sad to see her go as she has been so reliable even with 110,100miles on the clock? Here is the link if anyone would like to bid for her, www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Yamaha-XJ900s-Diversion-/270976887201?pt=UK_Motorcycles&hash=item3f177b29a1#ht_882wt_1185 I've tried to be as honest as i can remember in my description, Please feel free to make any comments,or bids even ;D ;D ;D. But i would like to thank you all for all the help & advice that you have all given & for those that have come to my aid when i have needed help. Ray

That seems an optimistic start price for such a high mileage bike in need of some love and care. (imho of course!)

fair point, but there are some that are twice the price with half the mileage so i'm basing it on that ;D

I reckon you'd improve your chances if the rack & top box were still on, but I like your logic for the starting price .

I personally think the start price should have been £600 to generate the interest, although you may have just pitched it right..time will tell. Good luck Ray.

Ah! the rack, well i'm afraid that snapped in the same place a my old one,so thats ended in the bin just not meant for a top box! I thought the price was about right,I did think about starting at £650 it don't look bad,it goes & has t&t so it can be ridden away ;D Thanks i hope it goes to a good home
