Hi Rog - there's always one eh? Thing is my mate John has this new to him bike, and I think it has a range of only 90 miles. If you are sure there are no petrol garages on the run, he'll have to pack a petrol can. If you could let me know for sure then I'll tell him. ATB and we'll see you all next week.

there are NO planned stops, but we do cross a couple of petrol pumps! please check with me on the day, sure we can arrange a top up...we just need to let the right ( back markers) know, so that we don't leave him behind! what bike only does 90 miles to a tank? ;D

what bike only does 90 miles to a tank? ;D I can confirm that a Suzuki Bandit 1200 will consume a tank in around 90 miles when 'making progress'

I'll leave you to guess what bike - but the marque featured heavily in a very funny film a few years back starring, among others Tommy Travolta.

Who did you let ride it? My Mum Can you get your Mum to PM me with her tips for getting such high miles from the Bandit while 'making progress'. The gauge moves quicker than the bike. I can hardly afford to go for a run.
