The P.a and I had a run from knutsford to the above yesterday sunday the 30th, boy were the road,s slippy spun the rear a few times overtaking the odd car, and the mud in the more rural places keep,s you focused on what you are doing. New people in the pub we wanted a coffe but with 4 people in front of us and already a wait of 10 min,s to serve one guy we pushed on to weeton mill, following the sat nav to weeton village then followed the sign,s for the mill, now John and I are not sure if on a Derby run we used these road,s before but they were great, the sun shone on us and the mill was not busy just a few bikes and car,s. We may do it again if the weather hold,s. Paul and the P.a.

A few of my mates from the local bike club were up there yesterday as well. Like you, they said the roads were slippery - so I didn't miss much apparently.
Post up here if you're going out - you never know who may join you ?!

I came over the cat about 4.30pm Sunday - A bit chilly coming up from the Buxton end cos the sun was behind the hill, but not at all slippery then.

btw, that "ah" is as in "ah - I see the problem", not a sarcastic "aaawww you poor thing"
