Hi guys have just fitted heated grips to my Divi 900, and found the stadard bars ends there is a gap between them and the grips, just bought some 2nd hand bar ends but found thebolts are to small as the standards ones are huge, how do i get round this as I dont know what i should be doing . Any help please .

The standard bar ends are threaded into the actual handlebar. To fit aftermarket ends you will need expanding bungs, but dont be surprised if they fit off-line. Alternatively fit some suitable washers or O-rings in the gap.

Oh right i see so just cant by after market ones then like usee in the catalogs , well now i have an idea of what to look for , thanks for the info.

Fill the gap with a fat O-ring

Yep. thats what i would do, any hardware store, bq homebase etc will sell o rings
