Glorious weather here Darn Sarf in The Smoke. Thermometer in garden showing 15 degrees C when I left for A Birthday Ride on the Fazer.
Rode through the quieter Essex lanes to Old Leigh, which is a lovely old Essex fishing village next to Southend which is now getting spoilt by tacky gift shops and tea rooms, even the old boat-yard is shut down!
Had a pint in The Peter Boat and blasted back down the Arterial (us old boys can still give it some beans when the mood is on us!).
All in all a good ride for me birthday. Wo'nt have a chance once the merriment starts over the weekend.
Keep it upright.
Jim

Yep, to Peronne in France and back again - 392 miles and only rained for about 5 mins. Can anyone tell me how much an Airhawk cushion will cost me ![???](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/huh.png) Dave ;D
