This seemed a bit excessive and expensive, so I dismantled the tap and found that all that was needed were two new rubber seals.
1) a new 'O'-ring (Pt.No.3AJ-24534-00)
2) a new main seal (Pt.No.3AJ-24523-00)
Ordered these via the dealer, total cost £2-01, including VAT!
