I had this trouble as well. Keep at it for a while. Keep checking the amount of float on the calipers, mine eventually tightened up where the pistons were being pushed out, but failing to "bite". I resorted to pressing the sliding part of the caliper up against the discs, this pushed the fluid & iar back up to the master cylinder. It worked for me, just rmember to make sure that the master cylinder is nearly empty before you start pushing the fluid back up. You don't want brake fluid over the paintwork.

On my Suzuki Kettle and on the Divvie 900 Bluespots, I used a big syringe (more than 50ml) to push the brake fluid in from the caliper end. Tieing the lever back for a couple of hours shifted any fine bubbles and the brakes have been fine ever since. All done in no time and MUCH easier than bleeding from the master cylinder end. The syringe came fro ebay and sold for use with hydroponics and fish tanks.

I used to bleed brakes using conventional methods but I bought a Mityvac (Hein Gericke do their own as well) brake bleeder. It makes brake bleeding much easier.
