Does anyone know if an original seat from a 900S 96 plate will fit the 600 ? If so does it fit all years or just some ? Thanks

I believe that no D9 seats will fit any D6 bikes, regardless of year. They are quite different underneath.

I'm not an expert - but I am a member - and I agree also AFAIK no 900 seat will fit any 600

Does he also wear outrageous shirts ? is his wife singing in the kitchen after he told her she had beautiful eyes ? TDM next ? wait a minute....just how close did you get to Fiasco ?

Cutting back to the chase... IMHO even if it would fit (and it wont) dont bother the orginal D9 seat is a plank. Much better to get the old seat professionally refoamed and reupholstered.

Sorry don't get that Neil. The original question asked if a D900 seat would fit the 600. It wont fit and even if it would its uncomfortable (well, the later model is). Presumed it was obvious I meant reupholster the original 600 seat.
