I am having a great time with my divi at the mo, at least it is back up and running....
But I have noticed that there are a lot of fumes out of the silencer , no real colour. It's like what you see on a winters day when cars are idling.
There are no leaks from the exhaust down pipes. collector, silencer There is no tapping coming from the engine.
Should I try ultra-unleaded for a while ?? Or is it just a bad mixture going on. ( it has done nearly 130k)

Sounds quite normal for this time of year, should be better in a few weeks time

Apart from its alleged cleaning abilities, posh petrol makes no difference on a Divvie. The timing is fixed so the engine cant adapt to benefit from the better fuel.
If the exhaust smells oily then there is a wear issue (valve seals or bores). Otherwise its just steam. Every litre of petrol burns to a liitre of water plus CO2.

It is as Cam777 says just the time of the year - my D9 does it but only when it is cold wet freezing moist lank days as the past 2 months have been.
Lots of white fluffy, almost steam looking fumes, that dissapear after 3 or 4 feet out - that'll be the water going back to where it came from me thinks. It does not overly smell and if you put your hand to it (not close enough to burn of course) all you get is wet and a bit of a petrol smelly finger.
"They all do it" (my favorite over used but understated experession!)
