Yep, makes the D9 look slow. Only info missing is typical real world fuel consumption.

Only info missing is typical real world fuel consumption.
All round mixture of motorway and lane use returns 48mpg according to the trip.

Much the same as my D9. Pretty cool for a 143bhp bike

Dry weight: 264kg.That's the most relevant figure in the spec for me. It's the reason I sold my D9.

"Only info missing is typical real world fuel consumption." Well this figure is for a constant 95mph and I have seen 51mpg for 65mph and 47.3mpg for 130mph not bad for a 1300cc lump.

So you only get 0.9 miles to the gallon more for riding at 65mph than you do for riding 95 ?
95 it is then ;D

How the hell do you guys get these fuel figures?? I get 38-39 showing on my display except when I went for a long trip with a slow rider friend and saw 42mpg for one day. You guys must be riding like pussies LOL (or I must really be a fat ba$tard like the wife keeps telling me).

2 Questions
1 - since when has 95 and 130mph been "riding like girl thingies"
2 - Is yours one of the auto clutch models as they can be upto 10mpg down on the standard ones.

I'm managing about 34 mpg from the FZR... and that's at a pretty constant 100mph on the M4. Not great, is it ?

*Serious note* Bike makers need to get their acts together on fuel consumption. It's already being used against us by the anti-bike lobby. *Serious note ends*
