Had an hour to spare on Sunday so I tried to find out why my hot grips have stopped working. found that the power was reaching both grips and the switch but there was no power coming out of the switch, and yes it was in the on position. didn't check to see if there was any power coming out of the grips. should I? I am assuming that the fault is in the switch, if so can I buy a switch from Maplins etc or do I have to stop being a tight wad and buy a new set of grips.

Hi Knight, is it the oxford round switch type that you have got.i have the shame, some where in my shed. i am missing the in-line fuse holder wiring that goes from the battery to the switch box.switch box and grips only £20 incl P&P.
M&P are doing Tech 7 heated grips for £24.99

The Oxford grips are great, but their controller is not. The power controller fails. They are about £25 to replace.
