Hi - I'm after some advice. Is there any difference between the Diversion 600 and the Seca 600?
I am looking at an import Seca, wondered if there is anything I should know.
TIA

Jim, there is one minor difference iirc... .......doesn't the Seca have a cross head screw type thingy, that you can't get a cross head type screwdriver thingy into, when you'd like to change the oil ;D

No, afraid not Neil. Last twin they made was that big 1000 sports job that never sold.
Talking of MZ's, one of my Christmas presents was Mat Oxley's "Stealing Speed", which tells the story of how Suzuki used MZ rider Ernst Degner to purloin Walter Kaadens 2-stroke racing technology and subsequently changed the face of bike racing.
Excellent read, if anyone wants to borrow it they are welcome for postage.

I like the plunger oil pump.
It's a BMW F800ST. I have also bought a 1971 Triumph Tiger 100 Daytona in large lumps.
If this weather improves a tad I can get on with running in one and rebuilding t'other.

You sly ol dog, lottery come up or did you have a full house on the bingo? Congrats on the new bike Jim, nice bike, had a test on the 800S, but sadly the twin just didn't float my boat enough. Martin, lowering kits are available for 'em, indeed the salesman I was talking too, reckoned that the most of the ones they sell are factory fitted that way, a bit of a bngger to put back to standard though , his words. Ps Jim, was only looking at a Tiger project a mate has just yesterday!
