Hi Newbie here Could anyone help please i have removed the swing arm from divvie 900s and i cant get to the bearing on the side with no access the side with the lock nut pivot bolt i believe there is a tool for the job but cant find anything about it has anyone got any advice please.

For anyone wanting to know a bearing extractor slide hammer will often work on these jobs.

to get the bearing shell out of my swing arm i used the rear spindle and diff insert/collar thingy as a slide hammer which did the trick .

Not much help now, but when doing mine I made an extraction tool, you put two flats on a washer thats the same diameter as the bearing cage, elongate the center hole on the same plane as the washer untill it will go through the bearing cage, then use a long bolt, washer and socket thats bigger than the bearing but not bigger than the swingarm, file some flats on the bolt, use a adjustable spanner on these flats to stop the bolt turning, wind a nut with a spanner to draw out the bearing
