With QWOP - start by tapping O to get him to lean forward a little, then its a matter of timing - press P+Q together, then W+O together - you will get him to run - try and keep him leaning slightly forward so dont be too quick to press the PQ or WO. Sadly dont be too slow either... like I said, its timing. Hope this helps.
