Way back in the day when I used to work in a bike shop in Manchester we always used a company called Fowlers for all the spares that we needed, the delivery time was really good and the prices weren't bad too. I was recently after the sprocket lock washer for my D6 and couldn't find one anywhere online. I called Fowlers and low and behold for about a fiver there is now one winging its way to me. They do have a website, but when ordering parts you have to ring up (their live chat ordering service was offline when I looked) If you need a part and can't find it online, give them a call on 01179770466

I used to get all my bits from them for a TD2B I raced back in the '70s. Used to be Dennis Trollope then but I think they traded as Fowlers. They were about the only place you could get genuine Yamaha racing parts then. I must have spent enough to pay someone's salary in those days - pistons, rings, and little ends every month and a crank kit twice a year. Not to mention the barrels I wrecked with over-enthusiastic porting. Those were the days, hardly any commitments, two jobs to pay for my racing, trying to prove I was quick enough for it to be worthwhile (I wasn't). Haven't used them in recent years, but I will try them for the next bits I need for the 900 (none required so far - touch wood) and report back on current service.
