Umm, I know this sounds a bit barmy but what does it actually do?
When I stop my D6, it now spends a couple of minutes chucking out what looks like silt (no, seriously!) out of the vent tube under the brake pedal. It's definitely oily, but quite sort of muddy. I don't really get what it is or why it's doing it of whether it's a problem..?
Cheers all

Search for crankcase breather, it's been covered many times. My suggestion is the solution, ignore any others

Its condensation and sludge in the breather system. Fit a 1/2" bore hosepipe in place of the original breather pipe and check the clutch operating lever seal is not allowing rain-water into the engine. Disconnect the clutch cable - if the lever bearing has any slack replace the rollers and the seal. Replace the clutch release bearing while you are in there.
