I caught the WSB this morning from Qatar. Exciting stuff, eh! I was surprised at the speed of Toseland's FireBlade, it really got the power down early from bends. Biaggi was awesome. He really hit the ground running considering he's been off for a season. The second race with JT holding on (just!) to take 1st spot was nail-biting stuff. Looks good for the rest of the season. Jim

I watched both races and was pleased to see JT do well, I've been a big fan of his from way back. Met him at a party once he really is a nice kid. I'm looking forward to see how the season progresses as Baggi was always unpreditable and can get a right strop on when things don't go his way and his riding always suffered. Surprised to see the Ducati's struggling maybe not such a good track for them. Philip Island should be worth watching it's a favourite track of just about everybody. By the way it's the first timer I've used that Sky recording box ( can't remember what it's called) but it's impressive can watch it while it's still recording. Richard

Yes, you're right about the Ducati's. After his utter domination of last year it was strange to see Bayliss struggling.
Maybe the tight and twisty tracks will help them.
I find the Doha track soul-less. No atmosphere at all. You rarely get a glimpse of the crowd at all.
It's just nice to see Bike Racing back on the screen.
