Just got home in the last hour, after a week working away. Very knackered, hungry, nothing packed, CX won't start, & only 10 hours until I need to think about setting off .
I do, however, now have a £3.99 groundsheet & a tent with an unspecified number of tent pegs at my disposal, so I should be alright .
To those meeting at Corley services - I'll see you at 9am. To anyone we hook-up with along the way - I'll see you if the visibility is better tomorrow than it was on the M1 near Derby this evening!!
Martin.

Camping in this lot? . You crazy people .
Best of luck to you all and stay safe. ( I know I will be tucked up in Sandman land).

Martin - we expect a full report on your return! All the details of the tent collapsing under the weight of the snow! The bike ploughing through 3 foot snow drifts. And how you somehow, heroically managed to pull through in the end.
And we can read it all in the comfort of our living rooms!
Seriously - Good luck. Keep it upright mate!
