Just come back from our first biking adventure, which just happened to be our first visit to the IOM. Stunning place to visit, i think the weather helped a lot, as the were cloudless skys for 2 of the 3 days. Good few bikes over there, although not as many as i expected. Everyone just seemed so chilled out, and helpfull. Even had a shop owner offering to look after the bike for a couple of days before & after the TT, to save some money! Did the TT Course, (rude not to). Suprised by just how rough the roads were, although lack of cats eyes helped the cornering. Leaving the corner signposts up helped navigation, although the dense fog over the mountain didnt. Defo going back again soon... waiting for Heysham ferry... Some pub in the middle of nowhere! Er... Start line! Wife, realising that leathers are not best for sunbathing in!

Nice one Steve, glad you enjoyed it. I was hoping to go this year too as I've never been, but looks like this year wasn't meant to be.
