I recently attempted to buy some spares for the SV through these guys on Ebay, now I've purchased from Black's before without problem but I have always collected the items and paid cash, this time I trusted the postal service.
My item never arrived, so I sent them an email, starting off with a polite have you posted it yet, I got no reply, second email was still no item & no reply to last email, please refund, got a reply promising a refund, but no refund appeared, I tried ringing them to be promised a refund and the missing item, yet over a week later I had still received neither.
Eventually I gave up and used the Paypal resolution centre, 5 days later I finally got my refund, however it is now the 9th September, I won and paid for my item on 31st July and have been trying to resolve this since 14th August.
As I say, I have used Black's for second hand spares in the past and on a face to face basis they have been great, they are especially good for imports, but it would appear that they cannot handle their online and mail order facility very well, so if they have the parts you require arrange to collect and pay for them in person.
