Glad you had such good service from them. I ended up cancelling the remainder of a recent order after the waterproof boots (yes cheap, I know) cracked open after 2 days wear in the dry. A fuse and globe pack arrived with less than half of what was advertised, wrong Tribo seat and after 6 phone calls made to them for the remainder of the order, a general lack of communication. Maybe it was due to the items I ordered, but I have found their service slow in the past, so won't be ordering from them again. I'm sure not the norm.

Got oil and filter from Busters, via ebay, so basic stuff, but well packed and quick. I would use them again.

I've had several dealings with them (or M&P - same thing) and generally found them to be OK. Delivery can take a few days, though. And some of their "bargain" items can be of dubious quality.
