Looks like a great day, really sad I missed it Is that your Kettle, Dave? (the red one next to the person in red leathers?). And I'm guessing the green D9 at the clinic was Daisy? It's cheating taking two bikes you know!

That was my Kettle and yes that's Daisy having the carbs checked. I'm still aching from 140 rough road miles on the stif suspension Kettle.
I'm also v unhappy with my profile. Been "dieting" for a couple of weeks but now its serious.

Been "dieting" for a couple of weeks but now its serious. There is safety in anonymity - Pooh has been kind, and although I can spot a few familiar faces, I have no idea who is who! There might be some consolation in the thought that a tad extra padding may have prevented a few extra aches too. I of course am perfectly sylph like (and can say that safely because only a very few people here know whether or not I'm telling the truth!). You see, I knew it was a good idea to turn over and go back to sleep on Sunday morning, I just didn't know why.

Good point a few(?) extra pounds should get those stiff sprung forks working a bit better.
