I went to start my 900 yesterday and got no power at all. Tried connecting a power pack to it but still nothing. Checked and swapped over the fuses, nothing. I traced the fault to the two pin connector from the ignition switch wiring to the loom under the airbox. One of the connectors had corroded completely through, breaking the circuit. This was not obvious until the cable was pulled out. This probably happened because the bike lives outside in all weathers but it is worth checking all these connectors occassinally. I had a similar problem occur on my 600 Divvy but in that case it just affected the electrical supply to the coils.
