Okay, this is my first time posting pics on here so who knows how it will come out. They're not the greatest pics either as neither Jen or I are that keen on photography. A Berber tent with snowcaps in the background. When we stopped the Berbers came running to see what they could beg from us. Is this the furthest-travelled divvy club hat, apart from the one that went to Cape Town. One of the safest roads through the Atlas mountains. An oasis in the Sahara. Sand dunes in the desert. More dunes, there's plenty of them you know. Some random sahara town I think. Me being the foreman. This is where i got my new rear tyre. The guy on the right offered me 10000 camels for my 'beautiful wife'. She still had her helmet on. In Morocco, the dont like tourists taking photos of mosques. Oops. This is the Marrakech Express. Well its a train in Marrekech. The Tizi n Test road. Wide enough for one and a half cars. Or one truck. And no barriers. It goes on for about 50 miles-ish. A V-Strom and Bandit 1200 stripped off ready for some off-road action. Alone in a desert sat a lonely goatherd. The best wash I had since the desert. It was warmer then any showers. Its the atlantic by the way. The standard method of transport in Morocco. Cascade d'Ouzoud from the top. The Cascades, looking over the precipice Gibraltar on the way back to Spain. From this point I was covered by the AA

Thanks for all the compliments. Looking back, there's so much scenery we didnt take pics of, like the gorges, but we were more interested in riding through them than stopping. The oher problem is as soon as you stop, theres always someone hassling you, trying to sell some oddment or another, even in areas where theres no obvious residences or shelter for them.
Anyway, after looking at Gordy's website, Ive been inspired. I'm in the process of setting one up for myself with a write-up of this trip and adding to it with further tours (of which many are planned for the future). Only problem is, I'll probably spend weeks setting it up, then it will be like looking at your mums holiday pics. 'Here we are at.....' 'then we did...'. No-one will be interested, apart from my mum.
Jen took about 5 hours worth of video from the back of the bike, so hopefully I'll get that on here too, once I work out how to do it.
Cheers for now.
Colin.

Good pics! I am the same - once you get on the bike you get into the ride, and forget about photography! Charlie
