Obviously a standard warning triangle on a bike is not a practical option though it is a legal requirement in most European countries.
I have created one using a tow bar triangle (69p) and some reflective tape. I have mounted this using velcro pads to the inside lid of the roof box. Probably not "legal" but better than nothing.
Has anyone out there incurred problems on their travels.

From www.aaroadwatch.ie/eumotoring/ ... Compulsory Equipment A warning triangle should be carried (two are required in certain cases) as its use is compulsory after an accident or breakdown in most countries, except for two-wheeled vehicles. Carrying a First Aid kit, fire extinguisher and spare set of bulbs is wise but not compulsory in all countries. However, replacing a faulty bulb immediately may save the cost and inconvenience of a garage call-out, if not an on-the-spot fine. Motorcyclists and their pillion passengers must wear crash helmets in all countries. Snow chains are compulsory in some countries in winter.
