Not many really forgot the camera most the time
chucked it down all the way to sutton bank the bikes, but apart from the wet gloves, everthing else was bone dry, bin bagged everything in the panniers and on the rack. Luckily we got a break in the weather when we got there, just enough time to get the tents up dry
Not a bad weekend despite the rain and mud, it was more of a surface slush as the ground was fairly solid due to years and years of grass and no farming.
Missed the regular two nacked fat men on a bike routine, was having a kip at the time, and the usaull I'm not sparticus made its way around the site
Saturday turned out a bit better, so had a good look around, not as many as expected and not much of a selection of bargains to be had, only bought a pair of trouser from johnsons army navy stores of leeds, some good prices in there, and a good selection, ended off buying a gass cooker as I thought the hexi cooker would still be a good idea, that went home unused
Had the saturday night barbi and tinies then left first thing this morning at about 9.30, had a brew on the way back and a steady ride, got back for 11, and I am in bad need of a wash and a good nights sleep, as we had the numpty that liked to play with the throttle two tents away, was hoping it would go bang but it never
A selection of the custom bikes on show, come on, own up,who's is the furry purple diversion in the background of the first pic
The bandstand before the crowd of drunken bikers got there
Some pics of the campsite
A couple of a fuzzy pics of the Mudsoaked field
a bit of a carp saturday night pic of the band, I stayed in the beer tent
Our little part of the community, one of the lads sending his beloved one a text, and a pic of the inside
of my last minute tent hunt, a 2 person tent NOT, it must have been for kids, the air bed nearly pocked out the door, and it leaked
at the front zip, so it was left in the field
