Have you tried opening the fuel tank cap?
The fuel tank has a breather pipe which allows air into the tank as fuel is used. It can get blocked, and the result is a partial vacuum in the tank and that can reduce or prevent the flow of fuel to the carbs. The result is that the engine runs rough for a while, and then stalls, which seems to be what you describe.
I suggest that you try another start, and when it stalls open the fuel cap. As you do this, listen for air rushing into the tank - if that happens, it indicates a partial vacuum in the tank. Then leave the fuel cap open and start the bike again. If it runs better and longer, your problem is probably a blocked breather.

Ive blown the crank breather from engine to airbox through, that was gummed up. . I will try the tank cap tomorrow. . And tank breather. . I be suprised if its that tho coz i put easystart in airbox bellmouth an it didnt even fire. . I will try your suggestion, but im thinking its electrical. ? Fingers crossed tho π

Has the bike been laid up for an extended period? If not - you say you were riding home from work after just filling up. Have you tried fresh fuel? Sounds like you have replaced most things. Can only say double check all relevant connections.

Tried the tank lid, no luck. . Its been in daily use for 4 months, im going to have to try the bike mechanic now. . Im a competent home mechanic. . But you get to a point where a trained pro with electrical testing gear is considerably more able than me π I put fresh juice in. . Im at a wall now i cant get over. . Hope the shop can sort it π

Blue wire syndrome. ? Sounds interesting. ? Ive checked the fuses twice. . Ive even fitted new fuses in case one had a hairline break i couldnt spot. . But no luck. . Its turning over lovely, the fuel pump makes the priming noise, but she just wont go. . .? π’

Are the spark plugs wet with fuel when you take them out from trying to start the engine? Might be worth checking the valve timing, sounds like you've swapped everything else.
