Tracker do a system for bikes but it looks costly to run and it looks like the police need to have a Tracker receiver in the car. Thats ok enough but I believe not all police cars have the capability.
The cheaper system sends a txt to your own mobile phone. OK if you are close enough to go & see what's going on, but some of us would rather leave that to the police.
Does anyone know of any other tracking systems for bikes that can trace the bike remotely like they do with car tracking systems.

The Police recover almost all vehicles fitted with Tracker and it does not need many Police vehicles to have the equipment on board. We have them in numerous traffic vehicles and the system is very good.

Thanks Padster I had a NavTrak system in a caravan and that worked well when it got stolen. I would put one into a bike, but they dont do anything small enough to be hidden.
The great thing about hidden tracking systems is the light fingered gits can often get caught red handed. I want one that tracks by default as I'm often not easily contactable by phone or txt and would rather not have the tracking wait for permission. I expect that stuff is arranged with the service provider.
